Most overlooked ways to improve sales, growth, and revenues is a topic of discussion that I feel that needs some addressing. This topic is realated directly to corporations, manufacturers, and all companies and businesses with employees.
Alot of companies and businesses overlook one of their most valuable assets to their business. For the life of me I cannot stand or get why this is. But these businesses are always searching for new ways to improve sales, growth, and revenues. The idea is simple and this shows you just how greedy or just how stupid these owners of these companies are! I will say it is not rocket science, what I am about to say. Employers have this way of doing business backwards. They try to satisfy the customer first and never the employee, at least most out there. But they still want the results of high production from their employees.Most workers are under paid for their efforts and time. A little effort of appreciation goes along way.
So to all businesses your employees are your most valuable asset to your business. You must treat your employees as assets in order to achieve the results you desire. You do this for many reasons, besides it being a smart business move. You cannot try to cater to the customer without catering to the people that are the procurring cause to you having a business, happy customers, and hopefully profits! Think about how much missed out on sales, growth and revenues are missed out on due to the unhappy or unsatisfied employees. This all derives from this get the most you can for as little as possible. This is a nasty way of thinking. Now think about how much better a business you would have with happy and satisfied employees. They are motivated and are not feeling taken advantage of, nor used and abused. I mean, how would you feel? Treat people the way you would like to be treated. You dont have to treat people like trash and like next to slaves to get riches. I have alot more to say about this topic but I would like feed back from you guys and gals on this topic.
